Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Must have current CPR Certification.
- Compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with great time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Delivers optimal patient care to patients requiring Skilled Nursing and/or rehabilitation nursing care for general medical and post-surgical conditions.
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care.
- Completes all documents timely.
- Assure compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation.
