Fountain Inn Post Acute is a 66-bed skilled nursing facility located just 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident care needs, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
- Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately
- Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition
- Communicate resident status updates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as needed
- Participate in care planning meetings and resident assessments
- Respond appropriately to resident needs and medical emergencies
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirements
- Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed
