Requirements

Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
CPR Certified
Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively
A caring heart with a strong desire to make a difference in our patients’ lives

Nice To Haves

One year of experience as an RN preferred
Experience in Long-Term Care preferred

Responsibilities

Help lead our nursing team to provide exceptional care
