About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-time | Home Health - Shelby County, TN. Make a Real Impact – Right Where It Matters Most. Are you an RN who wants more than just a shift – you want purpose? At Tennessee Quality Care, we’re looking for a compassionate, driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team on a Full-time basis. Step outside the hospital walls and into your patients’ lives – help them heal, regain independence, and feel supported in the comfort of their own homes.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (ICU, Med-Surg, or Rehab preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

Responsibilities
- Performing patient assessments, admissions, and ongoing care planning
- Coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Delivering therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing care
- Monitoring patient progress and updating plans of care
- Supporting patients and families through all stages of care
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
