About The Position

Our BAYADA Willow Grove Pediatric Office is interested in a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We are currently seeking weekend day shift nurses for our pediatric clients in Glenside, Elkins Park and Stenton, Philadelphia. The role involves developing skills to high-acuity, hospital-level care in the home setting. BAYADA is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric care experience
• Experience with BiPAP, GJT dependence, trach, ventilator dependence, pulmonary hypertension, congenital ventriculomegaly

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Report any changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home
