About The Position

Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care | Worcester, MA | Competitive, salaried pay Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing home healthcare team in Worcester, Massachusetts. As a Registered Nurse (RN) with VRNS, you’ll provide skilled nursing services directly in patients’ homes. You’ll work closely with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other members of the care team to promote health, manage medical conditions, support independence, and improve quality of life. Requirements

  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience
  • Afternoon availability

Nice To Haves

  • Previous home care experience
  • Monday–Friday availability
  • Weekend availability

Responsibilities

  • Providing skilled nursing treatments and interventions
  • Administering medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients’ conditions
  • Educating patients and caregivers regarding medications, treatments, disease management, and safety
  • Providing wound care and other skilled nursing services as appropriate
  • Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation
