About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an exciting potential opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) at the Dayton VA Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. This is a Full-Time position, Monday-Friday. The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support the health and well-being of our nation's Veterans. This role requires strong clinical judgment, patient advocacy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services in a federal healthcare setting.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current, unrestricted RN license.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Minimum one year of recent clinical nursing experience.
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses.
- Document patient care accurately within the electronic health record.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
- Collaborate with providers and healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes.
