About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. Dialysis experience is not required; paid training is provided. The role involves hands-on care for medically complex patients, long-term patient relationships, and applying a broad range of nursing skills. The nurse may float to nearby clinics as needed, and training may take place at a clinic other than the home location. A flexible schedule is required, including shifts that may occur in the mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Reliable transportation for potential floating.
• Flexible schedule required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg.
• CNN or CDN certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to changes in health.
• Collaborate with a clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians.
• Educate patients and families about kidney health and treatment options.
• Float to nearby clinics as needed.
