About The Position

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care in the homes of patients in Colorado Springs, CO, and surrounding areas. This role focuses on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to their active plan of care. The position involves conducting ongoing patient assessments, administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies, coordinating care, educating family members, and implementing preventative initiatives to ensure quality care.

Requirements

• Active RN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
• Provide care in a client home setting
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes.
• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
