Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides compassionate, patient-centered care to residents with chronic conditions and complex needs
• Builds strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and the care team
• Skilled in medication administration, assessments, and care planning over extended stays
• Patient, dependable, and committed to maintaining dignity, comfort, and quality of life for residents
