About The Position

Ageless Women’s Health, a sister company of Ageless Men’s Health, is a leading provider of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), medical weight loss, and personalized wellness and concierge medicine for women. They are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing women’s health clinic in the AZ West Valley. The RN will play an essential role in patient care, education, and building long-term wellness relationships, helping women take charge of their health.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• EMR proficiency and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
• Experience in women’s health, wellness, or hormone therapy (preferred)
• Phlebotomy, IV, and injection experience (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Performing patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and documenting care in the EMR.
• Performing hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.
• Administering and monitoring hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and medical weight loss treatments, including GLP-1 medications and other metabolic health protocols.
• Supporting and performing wellness services such as IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, and nutritional support programs.
• Providing care within concierge medicine offerings, including Pap smears, birth control management, lab work and blood testing, preventive health screenings, common illness management, STD/STI testing, and UTI testing.
• Educating patients about hormone balance, weight management, and lifestyle strategies for long-term wellness.
• Collaborating with medical providers to tailor care plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Contributing to a warm, patient-focused clinic culture built on empathy, professionalism, and trust.
