About The Position

The Munson Adult Crisis Residential Program is a short-term, 24/7 residential treatment program for adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis, offering a safe, home-like alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Residents receive individualized, trauma-informed care—including clinical support, therapy groups, medication management, crisis planning, and skill-building—to stabilize symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and prepare for a successful transition back to the community. Staff are part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes recovery, resilience, and improved access to behavioral health services across Northern Michigan. Requirements

Currently Licensed in the State of Michigan
Vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella
Receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption
