About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides care to patients requiring Medical/Surgical-level care, including patients with Medicine or Med/Tele status. The role requires a commitment to high-quality patient care and maintaining a safe environment for patients. Shifts are 12 hours: day shifts run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and night shifts run from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Holiday and weekend rotation is required. There are no guaranteed hours, overtime is paid at the regular all-inclusive rate, and there is no on-call requirement.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Medical/Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or another professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association.
- 1–2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
