Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - Full Time
About The Position
Bridgeway Home Health provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in the state of Georgia. We are currently growing in Dekalb county and looking to add a full-time Registered Nurse to join our clinical, home health field team. Our mission at Bridgeway Home Health is to provide compassionate, home-based care. We offer quality services to our patients and their families while recognizing the valuable relationship with our employees, our providers and the communities we serve. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse educational program.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, collaboration, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
- Strong initiative, follow through, process orientation, attention-to-detail.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical home health / OASIS experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conducting one-on-one patient care and patient / family teaching in the home setting.
- Performing patient assessments.
- Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement a Plan of Care.
- Regular communications with our clinical management team.
- Timely and accurate documentation.
