About The Position

Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Develops nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patients’ clinical conditions with physicians, the Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in the discharge planning process. The role is full-time nights. Pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross; online certification is not acceptable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet strict time frames.

Nice To Haves

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience.
