About The Position

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate patient progress. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall quality of care within the healthcare facility.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Strong clinical assessment abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in acute care or specialty areas.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and medical histories.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document patients' vital signs and responses to treatments.
