About The Position
Vasona Creek Healthcare, a resident-focused skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Los Gatos, California, is seeking a compassionate part-time Registered Nurse to join its clinical team. The RN will oversee clinical care, support LVNs and CNAs, and help ensure residents receive a high standard of nursing services in a warm, supportive environment. The position offers flexible weekday scheduling with variable shifts.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered California RN license.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Compassionate communication and a resident-centered approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

- Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and facility policy.
- Assess resident conditions, respond to changes, and communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other care staff.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment.
