Requirements

• Valid State of Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Excellent peripheral IV insertion skills - must pass IV skills assessment and review.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a nurse in a medical setting (ER, ICU, OR, PRE-OP or similar).
• Understanding of the importance of maintaining medical compliance and adherence to all policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and Google Docs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Value ethics and integrity.
• Ability to work as a team and independently.
• Comfortable in a retail/sales environment.
• Excellent customer service and ability to create a service-oriented experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide an elite level of customer service, ensuring every member feels like a VIP.
• Use clinical expertise to confidently recommend services and "sell" the benefits of wellness protocols.
• Perform IV starts, blood draws, and medical clearances with precision and a high-energy, positive attitude.
• Create lasting connections with clients, turning one-time visits into long-term wellness journeys.
• Educate clients on the qualities and benefits of IV Drips and Intramuscular Injections.
• Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections.
• Guide clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
• Document client visits through the use of Electronic Medical Records.
• Assist staff with store services.
• Participate in occasional off-site nursing events.
• Train new nurses and help with continuing education.
