About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The nurse will work with a diverse patient population and use nursing skills across a variety of settings. The position is in an ED/MedSurg Swing unit with 22 beds. Patient ratios are 1:4 for acute care, 1:6 for swing bed, and 1:4 for ED.

The nurse must be willing to float to ED holds when necessary and may also work in a charge capacity. Unit- and department-specific orientation will be provided. Scrubs in any color are permitted.

Requirements

• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• At least one year of MedSurg experience.
• Ability to titrate drips.
• Familiarity with common titratable and set-rate drips.
• Experience with a wide range of diagnoses and patient types.
• Willingness to float to ED holds when necessary.

Responsibilities
