Night Shift Registered Nurse RN 7p-7a
About The Position
NHC HealthCare Bluffton, a 120-bed skilled and long-term care facility located near Hilton Head, is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team. This role involves working with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessments and the development of individualized care plans. The RN will maintain open communication with patients and families, ensure appropriate nursing care is delivered, assist with medications and treatments, and perform other patient care duties as assigned. Full-time and part-time positions are available for the night shift (7 PM - 7 AM).
Requirements
- Graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of SC.
- Maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in the state of SC.
- Share values of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care.
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
- Assure that appropriate nursing care is being provided.
- Assist with medications and treatments as needed.
- Perform other patient care duties as assigned.
