About The Position
Centurion Health is the provider of mental health and medical services for the Georgia Department of Corrections. They are seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join their day shift team at Phillips State Prison in Buford, GA. This role is suitable for nurses who prefer consistent day hours, competitive pay, and a structured clinical environment, away from the typical hospital setting. The position offers a predictable day shift schedule, clear policies and workflows, a dedicated security presence, and no family or visitor interactions, which reduces stress and distractions. Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of Georgia, MSL or Compact, must be active
- Current CPR certification, must be active
- Ability to obtain required security clearance, including drug screen and background check
