Requirements

Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED and nursing certifications
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
You have a state license if required

Responsibilities

Assess patients’ health status, collect medical histories, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in condition.
Provide direct nursing care, assist with daily living activities when needed, and promote patient comfort and safety.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and applicable policies.
Observe patient progress, recognize changes in condition, and maintain accurate medical records.
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs.
Communicate with physicians, healthcare teams, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care.
Follow infection prevention procedures, maintain a safe care environment, and comply with healthcare regulations.
Recognize medical emergencies, initiate appropriate interventions, and assist with emergency procedures within the nurse’s scope of practice.
Delegate appropriate tasks to qualified nursing support staff and oversee care as required.
Maintain patient confidentiality, follow professional nursing standards, and comply with applicable laws and facility policies.
