About The Position
The Registered Nurse works on the Dual Diagnosis unit at Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital, which provides inpatient care for people experiencing multiple behavioral health and mental health disorders, including alcoholism, depression, prescription drug and opioid addiction, anxiety, and PTSD. The nurse creates and manages nursing care plans, evaluates patients’ current and future behavioral or mental health needs, and administers medication. The position is full-time, 36 hours per week, on a 12-hour day shift. The schedule includes every other weekend and holiday.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university-affiliated nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut.
