About The Position

We are looking for compassionate, dependable Registered Nurses to join our growing team! We welcome both newly licensed RNs ready to launch their careers and experienced nurses seeking a supportive, team-focused environment where their leadership is appreciated. We offer available shifts including Day Shift (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM), Evening Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM), and Night Shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM), with flexible scheduling options potentially available.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina RN license
• Strong clinical foundation and eagerness to learn (for new grads)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills (for experienced RNs)
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care (for experienced RNs)
• Leadership and critical-thinking abilities (for experienced RNs)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred for experienced RNs)

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive resident assessments
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor changes in condition and communicate with physicians
• Transcribe and implement physician orders
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate care with therapy and interdisciplinary teams
• Promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life
