About The Position

Clinica Sierra Vista is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN-CHC) to join their team. As a licensed health professional, the RN will perform patient care, technical, and supportive services in a clinical setting. The role involves supporting the organization's philosophy, protocols, policies, and procedures. The RN will act as the leader of the nursing health care team, providing professional nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with established standards. Flexibility in adapting to changing systems, demonstrating quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice, and treating all individuals with dignity and respect are essential.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Registered Nursing.
  • Current California Registered Nurse License required or Interim permit with successful completion of the RN license prior to the end of probation.
  • Current Basic Life Support Card issued through the American Heart Association required.
  • Must adhere to Clinica Sierra Vista’s employee health/immunization requirements or provide a valid exemption request for subsequent approval.

  • Supervisory experience preferred.

  • Demonstrate ability to problem-solve with other departments to assist member problem resolution.
  • Prioritize, delegate, and supervise work assignments appropriately to ensure completion of patient care activities.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
  • Perform other work-related duties.
