Requirements

• Current RN license in Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.
• Track resident progress, assess needs, and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, treatment options, and wellness strategies to empower them in their care.
• Work with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and deliver the best care possible, ensuring that each resident’s unique needs are met.
