About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Emergency Room settings to join our team. The candidate will provide nursing care in a Level III Trauma Center with 21 ED beds and 1 trauma bay, supporting patients with general emergency department needs.
Requirements
- Current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications.
- Experience with Meditech EMR system.
- Ability to read telemetry strips and perform phlebotomy tasks.
- Flexibility to work every other weekend.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment.
- Manage ER holds alongside regular patient assignments.
- Collaborate with ED Physicians, Mid-Levels, and support staff in delivering patient care.
- Assist with triage and perform EKGs and blood draws as needed.
