About The Position
Peninsula Post-Acute is a short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Burlingame, California. We are dedicated to providing personalized rehabilitation and nursing services to all who enter our doors. Our healthcare professionals strive to help our residents reach their maximum potential in a caring and supportive environment. Peninsula Post-Acute is hiring Registered Nurse / RN. Full Time Rate $50-$52/hr.
Requirements
- Current RN license
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts
