About The Position
BAYADA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for 1:1 home care positions throughout Indianapolis and surrounding communities. This role offers the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to a single client at a time, fostering meaningful relationships and allowing for focused patient care. Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time in their home.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
- Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
- Participate in personalized, paid onboarding and training.
- Engage in clinical skill-building for various clients and acuity levels.
