Registered Nurse (RN) - Temp 7a - 7:30p - $60/hour
About The Position
Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time temporary positions on day shift (7a - 7:30p, every other Saturday and Sunday) shift for a 3-6 month temp assignment. This position has the opportunity to become a full-time permanent position after the temp period. This is a 3-6 month temp-to-perm assignment with a pay rate of $60 per hour plus shift differential. Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH) is a 126-bed, inpatient psychiatric hospital and start-up joint venture between Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine and Universal Health Services. The facility offers services for a general adult unit, a dedicated adolescent unit, a psychiatric-medical unit for co-occurring disorders, an intensive adult unit for severe conditions, and a women’s trauma unit.
Requirements
- A valid State of Pennsylvania Nursing (RN) (Registered Nurse) License is required.
- CPR certification is required upon hire and will be provided at orientation if needed.
- Candidates employed by any UHS facility within the last 6 months are not eligible for the temporary position.
Nice To Haves
- Previous psychiatric, behavioral or mental health nursing experience is helpful but not required.
