About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is hiring a full-time, night-shift Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department at INTEGRIS Health Edmond in Edmond, Oklahoma. The Staff Registered Nurse manages and delivers patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation. The nurse may be required to float to other units, participate in on-call status, and demonstrate population-specific competencies. The role includes supervising and coordinating other licensed and non-licensed personnel as assigned and providing guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate. The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president and adheres to applicable National Patient Safety Goals. Requirements

Current Registered Nurse licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Population-specific competencies are required.
Other certifications and competencies may be required based on the service line.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
Assess and reassess patients.
Develop plans of care.
Implement appropriate patient care interventions.
Evaluate appropriate patient care interventions.
Document patient care.
Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned.
Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
Adhere to applicable National Patient Safety Goals.
Float to other units and participate in on-call status if required.
