About The Position

The clinic Registered Nurse collaborates with clinical and non-clinical staff for all aspects of healthcare delivery at our San Mateo clinic. In addition to direct patient care, the Registered Nurse shares in the administrative functions that impact medical services in the clinic and collaborates with the clinic Medical Director and clinic management team in overall planning and assures delivery of the highest quality of care to all members.

Requirements

4 - 5 years of years of experience. Preferably med-surg background
Comfortable starting IVs, with recent clinical experience
Possess a valid CA license and maintain current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California
Passion and expertise in preventive primary care
Comfortable in a fast paced, highly flexible start-up environment
Possesses the expertise to deliver personalized, top-tier service to a discerning client base
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with both members and colleagues
Ability to work in our San Mateo clinic 5 days a week, no nights or weekends
Proficient with G-suite and adaptable to learning new software
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records System and HIPAA compliance requirements
Innovative problem solver with a keen eye for detail and track record of reliable follow-through

Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care to members in clinic and provides pre-visit member education and counseling via telemedicine
Collaborates with staff on the integration of medical services into Biograph's overall comprehensive membership program
Build strong relationships with patients, ensure their safety and privacy, and accurately document their information
Contribute to an environment of innovation, continuous improvement and service excellence
Follow all safety, security and health procedures and policies
Perform any additional assigned tasks
