Registered Nurse -Adult Crisis Residential Program / PT
About The Position
The Munson Adult Crisis Residential Program is a short-term, 24/7 residential treatment program for adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis. It offers a safe, home-like alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Residents receive individualized, trauma-informed care, including clinical support, therapy groups, medication management, crisis planning, and skill-building, to stabilize symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and prepare for a successful transition back to the community. Staff are part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes recovery, resilience, and improved access to behavioral health services across Northern Michigan.
Requirements
- Currently Licensed in the State of Michigan
- Employees must be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
- Employees must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
