About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for Registered Nurses for Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Center (IRAMC) Services in support of the Defense Health Agency and Bremerton Naval from Honolulu, Hawaii. These will be hybrid (remote) roles, working from home and some occasional visits to Bremerton Naval in Washington State. The Nurse will be reviewing cases, educating patients on appropriate care and managing health care costs for the dependents of our Nation’s Active Duty and eligible retirees. The Nurse will be working remotely/hybrid Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. Multi-line scheduling, military appointment lines.
Requirements
- Bachelors Nursing Degree
- Active unrestricted Hawaii RN license or compact license
- At least 2 years’ experience working as a UMRN or CCM, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment
- Possess current certification in either Completion of an accredited Certified Professional Utilization Review (CPUR) program or Certified Case Manager (CCM) issued by the Commission for Case Manager Certification
- Must have access to secure, high speed internet
- Highly organized, self-directed worker able to function in high volume environment without distractions
- Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude
