Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous EPIC & computer skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Able to identify cardiac patient needs and responds in a timely manner.
- Downloads device center patient reports, reviews, triages, prepares final report for MD signature.
- Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
- Able to work independently, and as part of a team.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
