PRN Registered Nurse (RN) at Circleville Post Acute. This role is for individuals seeking flexibility without sacrificing purpose, allowing them to care for people while maintaining a life outside of work. The PRN RN will jump in, make a difference, and help create exceptional experiences for residents. Requirements
- Current RN license in the State of Ohio
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- A team player who can adapt and jump in where needed
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or post-acute experience is a plus, but a great attitude goes a long way
Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding nursing care to our residents
- Assessing, monitoring, and documenting resident conditions
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
- Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Supporting residents, families, and fellow team members with compassion and professionalism
