This role involves working 1:1 with one client for the duration of your shift, providing care in a comfortable pace with fewer patients and reduced physical strain compared to hospital settings.
Requirements
- Current Mississippi (or Compact State) RN license
- Current BLS Certification
- Must comply with state background screening requirements
- TB skin test (current within 12 months)
- One (1) or more years’ nursing experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Current Auto Insurance in your name

- Trach experience
- G-tube experience
- Experience with Dandy-Walker Syndrome
- Experience with Ritscher-Schinzel Syndrome
Responsibilities
- Adhere to the outlined care plan
- Documenting tasks, observations and assessments
- Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Receive clinical direction and oversight from the Lead RN
- Assist with other duties as needed Examples: working with PO feeds, seizure precautions, medications and ADL’s
