About The Position
Matrix Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate start to provide home health visit coverage in the Plantation area. This is an immediate need for an RN who is available now and can complete skilled nursing visits every 6 hours. We are looking for a reliable, professional, and compassionate RN who can start as soon as possible to help support patient care and ensure continuity of services.
Requirements
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Must be available to start immediately
- Ability to complete visits every 6 hours
- Reliable transportation
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing visits in the home setting
- Complete visits every 6 hours as assigned
- Assess and monitor patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Follow the patient’s care plan and agency policies
- Report any changes in condition to the clinical team
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Communicate professionally with the patient, family, and clinical team
