They offer ride-along opportunities for those new to Home Health or Hospice to experience the role before committing.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Providing skilled, one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes
- Educating and supporting patients and caregivers
- Managing medications, symptoms, and complex clinical needs
- Collaborating closely with physicians and care teams
- Supervising LPNs and CNAs as appropriate
