Requirements

• Current RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility through a compact license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification for applicable units

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
• Assess, monitor, and care for patients based on their clinical needs
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
• Build and strengthen clinical skills across a variety of patient populations
