About The Position

This Registered Nurse position is for the General Surgical/Oncology unit, working PRN nights. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a team-based environment with outstanding opportunities for growth. Texas Health Denton is a 255-bed, full-service hospital serving North Texas and Southern Oklahoma, specializing in a wide range of medical services including Cancer Care, Critical Care, Neonatology, Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, and Women & Infants Care. The hospital is a Joint Commission-accredited Primary (Level II) Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center, a Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence, and a Magnet® designated hospital.

Requirements

Nursing Diploma OR Associate's Degree in Nursing required
1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
