About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for adult and/or pediatric care to join our Morris County Team. BAYADA offers a different approach to nursing, focusing on one-on-one care in the patient's home, allowing nurses to be present and make a significant difference. The role emphasizes building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients through consistent care and flexible scheduling, matching nurses with 1-2 ongoing cases. This contrasts with traditional hospital settings, offering a calmer, more consistent environment without the chaos of unit work or rotating assignments.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in good standing in the state
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home on a schedule you choose
- Follow, execute, and document physician orders
- Perform assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Provide focused, compassionate care without rushing
- Document observations, interventions, and outcomes
