About The Position

Manage the pediatric Food Allergy Program and support clinical operations at our Pediatric Subspecialty Clinics. Ensures the work flow of the clinical area and directs clinical staff to provide excellent patient care under the direction of the Charge RN or Physicians. May be responsible for maintaining appropriate logs and licensing for vaccines, nutrition supplies, and medication under regulatory guidelines. Responsible for storage and inventory of all clinical supplies. Maintains a close working relationship with physicians, Medical Director, and Management. Provides direct patient care in a courteous, caring, and respectful manner. Documents accurately in the EMR system according to licensure and VMG policy and procedures.

Requirements

Completion of formal coursework equivalent to a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience in a clinic or outpatient setting.
Current and valid New Jersey RN license.
Current and valid BLS and ACLS certification.
Ability to use effective critical thinking skills (analytical, clinical reasoning, decision-making, problem-solving, time management, etc.).
Outstanding interpersonal, service excellence behavior, and customer service skills.
Strong orientation towards the provisions of high quality, cost effective, and comprehensive medical care.
