About The Position

Under the direction of the surgical leadership team, the Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) utilizes the nursing process to facilitate comprehensive perioperative care. In this role, you will perform nursing assessments, formulate diagnoses, and implement individualized care plans within a state-of-the-art 6-OR suite supported by 25 pre- and post-op rooms. You will join a tight-knit team of nearly 1,800 dedicated professionals delivering world-class, minimally invasive care right in the heart of Florida’s most vibrant community. Our advanced surgical hub handles a diverse, high-volume caseload across multiple cutting-edge disciplines: Robotic-Assisted Surgery & Minimally Invasive Procedures, Orthopedic & Spine Surgery, Cardiovascular & Vascular Surgery, Surgical Oncology & General Surgery, Gynecology & Urology Surgery, Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose, and Throat / ENT), Digestive Tract Procedures. Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) required.
Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License (or valid Compact multi-state license).
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
