About The Position
Responsible for assessing patient needs, providing patient education, and assisting physicians in the office setting. This role is for the General Surgery and Medical Weight Loss department at the New Life Weight Loss facility.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse License
- BLS Certification

Responsibilities
- Assess and plan patient care needs
- Assist physician in office setting
- Set up, stock and clean patient rooms as needed
- Assist the operating surgeon during surgical procedures
- Collaborates with physicians in efficient use of OR suites
