Requirements
- 1+ year RN experience
- Patient charting/medical record experience preferred
- Associate/Bachelor's/Master's in Nursing required
- Current RN license with the Mississippi Board of Nursing
- BLS required
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift ≥25 lbs, and use hands for patient care
- Clear communication and keen observational skills
Nice To Haves
- ACLS preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, compassionate care using evidence-based nursing practices
- Perform patient assessments, lab work, point-of-care testing, and charting
- Collaborate with physicians on treatment, discharge plans, and outpatient instructions
- Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and basic bedside care
- Educate patients and families on illness management, rehabilitation, and nutrition
- Work flexibly across units and shifts to support patient care as needed
