About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical to provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical environment. The unit has 34 beds and a patient ratio of 1:6 to 1:7. The nurse may be required to float to other areas based on unit needs. Candidates for the travel assignment must be located more than 50 miles from the facility. A block schedule may be requested and discussed with the director during the application process. Requests for time off should be submitted at the time of application; any days off must be made up at the end of the contract. The position is located in Jefferson, Tennessee.
Requirements
- Current Tennessee RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience in a similar role.
- Telemetry experience required.
- Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility for travel assignment consideration.
