About The Position
We are seeking compassionate, dependable RNs for a client in need of ventilator and tracheostomy care. Training provided if needed. This position has opportunity to transition into consistent part-time or full-time hours. For RNs driving to assignments that require an extended commute, hotel accommodations are provided at no cost.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in WA
- Previous nursing experience required.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring ventilator and tracheostomy management
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Respond confidently to patient needs while maintaining a safe environment
- Educate and support family members and caregivers
- Communicate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
