Evening RN
About The Position
Cura Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Evening Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will be providing high-quality nursing care during the evening shifts, ensuring that our patients receive the attention and support they need during this important time of day. You will be part of a collaborative healthcare team committed to patient-centered care and positive outcomes. If you are passionate about nursing and enjoy working in a dynamic, supportive environment, this position is a great fit for you. This position is fulltime on a every 3rd weekend rotation, and 8 hour shifts.
Requirements
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team during evening shifts.
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills.
- Willingness to work flexible evening shifts including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous nursing experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including monitoring patient health and administering medications during evening hours.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care and communicate patient status changes.
- Assist patients with daily living activities while promoting their dignity and comfort.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and patient progress.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any patient emergencies or changes in condition.
