About The Position

As a Registered Nurse in Queen City Cincinnati, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients across diverse healthcare settings. Your primary objective will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to promote optimal patient outcomes. Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience in direct patient care within a clinical setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
Advanced certifications such as Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) or Cardiac Telemetry certification.
Experience working in telemetry or acute care units.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Demonstrated leadership or patient advocacy experience.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care to promote understanding and adherence.
Utilize telemetry monitoring to assess cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to any abnormalities or emergencies.
Advocate for patients’ needs and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard in care planning and decision-making.
Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
